Today we went back to the old school times and learnt a new board game!
Oh the excitement!
The game we learnt was called Mu Torere.
This is a traditional Maori board game that Maori tribes played for year before the European settlers arrived.
European settlers never bet Maori until they became disinterested in the game and stopped playing.
